Sylvia Herchen

Biography

I have an undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta and a postgraduate diploma from Montreal College of Osteopathy from 1996.

I have worked in private practice since 1994, in Vernon, BC.   I have since studied with various osteopaths. I now enjoy working from home.  Recently I have been interested in ancestral trauma and that brought me to the studies of Drs Stanley Rosenberg and  Stephen Porges. I particularly value Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve.

Look Who’s Talkin’

  • Part 4 was the glue that bound all I’d learned in the Series together. It was a chance to revisit important concepts, enhance skills and consolidate my learnings. Taking Part 4 gave me me the confidence to fully implement the ConnectTherapy™ model in the clinic. What a difference that has made in the results for my patients! It was so important in my development as a clinician I took it twice!
