23 and 1/2 Hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

I recently attended a great symposium on Immunizing Canadian Seniors Against Inactivity. Every single presentation was excellent, thought-provoking, and provided a different lens and dimension on how we can better inspire and support people to be more active and enjoy moving more and sitting less.
